Houserules

Dear holiday guests! These house rules give an indication of how we would prefer you to treat your apartment and its inventory. Because there was reason to do so, we have set up a few rules. We hope that you will agree with them. If you adhere to these, you will help us to continue to offer the best possible service at the best price.

Smoking is not permitted in the homes! Pets are not allowed!

· Because electricity consumption is included in the rent, we ask you to pay attention to closing the windows when heating. Switch off the lights in the rooms that you are not using and when you leave the home.

· Inform us as soon as possible if the inventory is incomplete or if you need help. This way we can quickly resolve any imperfections. We are also happy to assist you with any questions about the house or similar matters.

. Bed linen, 1 set of towels per person (1 large and 1 small) and kitchen towels are provided in the apartment. Should you require additional towels, you can obtain them from us for a fee of €2.50 per set.

· You may (of course) use all items in and around the apartment. We ask you to take good care of the items in and around the apartment.

· When using the barbecue, please leave it clean.

. It is strictly forbidden to deep-fry and/or fondue in the apartment.

· No one will deliberately damage anything in the apartment, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would greatly appreciate it if you report any damage to us quickly, so that we do not discover it after your departure. The house is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive.

· The furniture of the interior design may not be moved outside!

· Please take the seat cushions for the garden furniture in the apartment inside at night and when it rains.

. Do not throw diapers, feminine hygiene products, etc. in the toilet!

Waste disposal. Procedure to follow: empty waste bins (put all waste in the bins at the house in a correct manner) · Residual waste in the grey bin (no glass) · Plastic waste in the designated yellow bag · Glass cleaned in the designated white bin marked "GLASS" · Paper and cardboard in the white bin marked "PAPER" · Tin in the white bin marked "TIN"

We will take care of emptying the bins weekly.

. On departure: empty the bins in the apartment, put the rubbish in the appropriate containers, do the dishes, “clean” the toilet, sweep the floors and clear away any litter outside.

. Clean and dry the crockery, glassware, cutlery”!” where you found it. Empty the refrigerator.

. When you leave, please also check for any chargers, CDs/DVDs, books, toys, etc. that are your property.

. When you leave, we kindly request that you vacate the apartment by 10:00.

It is recommended that you take out separate travel/cancellation insurance in addition to liability insurance.
